Case Study
During the Mumbai attacks in November 2008 several individuals called for advice who were in close proximity to the Hotels that had been attacked. We were able to provide up to the minute advice and verbal support, managing their concerns. One individual was in a nearby Hotel and had been instructed not to leave by local authorities. He had run out of money and was particularly anxious. Salamanca was able to send a consultant to the hotel, issue him with some money and food and reassure him. Salamanca then arranged his travel out of country. Following the incident Salamanca provided security awareness training for the clients employees worldwide as well as home and office security audits throughout India.
