Case Study
Salamanca Risk Management manages security for a mining company in the Democratic Republic of Congo through an embedded consultant. In a difficult environment we manage and train the local guard force, conduct liaison with government security forces and the local community, while also overseeing journey management and ensuring security procedures are adhered to. The project is further supported by our Country Manager, adding national and regional context to the local intelligence gathered by our consultant.
