Pre M&A Analysis and Financial Analysis

Early identification of key impacting financial issues and pointed intelligence on potential targets and prospective or current business partners is essential for most businesses operating in the regulatory landscape and economic pressures of today.  Salamanca can provide a financial review that is structured to enable identification of key impacting issues to our clients.  This review is often combined with our Research and Intelligence services. 

Case study- Pre M&A Analysis and Financial Analysis

We assisted our client with their financial analysis on a prospective acquisition of a fund management company.  In particular, we performed a high level review of the target's financial statements and, after attending a meeting with their key management, prepared a short report on the financial data including a request for information.
