Case Study

A Russian client wanted advice about UK public schools for their son. In addition they wanted to purchase a flat for their son to have access to at weekends. Salamanca were able to give them advice about several suitable public schools, visits were then arranged and a school selected. Salamanca also arranged the property consultants and presented a selection of properties for the client to choose from. Once the client had chosen and purchased the property, Salamanca then project managed the security installation and building works. On an ongoing basis Salamanca ensure the property is checked and cleaned and transport arrangements are appropriately organized for each visit.
