Evacuation Planning and Management

Salamanca provides evacuation planning for a number of corporations as well as non-governmental organisations. Evacuation plans are designed to provide clear processes and procedures in the event that contingency plans need to be implemented. Salamanca provides diaster management and planning from office through to country evacuation.

Case Study

Salamanca undertook a Security Evacuation Plan (SEP) for an NGO operating in an Africa nation, defining the evacuation procedures that must be initiated in the event that the socio-political situation in the country deteriorated to a degree that the safety and security of personnel in country were threatened. The SEP outlined a number of options available for evacuation, dependent on the security and alert state in the country. As it currently stands there has been no cause to initiate the evacuation plan but all staff remain familiar with the procedures in case of a deterioration in the security climate.
