Business Continuity Planning

 

Salamanca Risk Management provide organisations with business continuity plans in order to recover and restore interrupted functions within a pre-determined time frame after a disaster or critical disruption to the functioning of a business.

Case Study

A major London based corporate security company identified a need to update their internal business continuity plans. Salamanca Risk Management deployed a member of staff to their corporate headquarters in order to:

  • Assess the current situation.
  • Consult with key stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Write an assessment report outlining findings and recommendations.
  • Write an up to date detailed business recovery plan.

Salamanca's business continuity plans enabled the client to fulfil its internal corporate audit commitment through the production of a comprehensive departmental recovery plan and has ensured that in the event of a critical disruption to the business they have procedures in place to alleviate any long term negative business affects.
